I'm 24, from Wormer, and I study Business, IT & Management at Inholland University of Applied Sciences. I work where business meets IT: I keep a company's IT running, I've been part of international event productions and I build custom software together with AI. Right now I'm doing my internship at Buckdesign.

I talk with the people who will work with it and keep asking until I understand how their work really gets done.
I turn what they need into a clear plan: what has to happen, what comes first and what it delivers.
I build the app together with AI. That way something works quickly, and the people I build it for stay in the picture.

Now · internship at Buckdesign
One system for stand builder Buckdesign. Every department sees its own planning, and clients view and approve their 3D design in a space of their own.
What I do: I talk with the people who will use it, turn that into a plan and build the app together with AI.
What it solves: Planning is no longer drawn by hand and approvals no longer go back and forth by email. Everyone looks at the same project.

A bachelor's where business meets IT, with one common thread: helping organisations work smarter with IT. I learn to analyse processes, design and roll out IT solutions and guide the change around them, often for real clients. Now in year 3, graduating in 2028.
I get my energy from conversations.
Especially with people who are running into something in their work. I listen, keep asking until I understand how their processes really run, and then come up with a solution that fits: a smarter way of working, better set-up systems or custom software.
Naturally takes charge, with a business eye on the future.
